Warranty Terms & Conditions

We provide 1 year local seller warranty for all items. Warranty will be tied your online order, no registration is required. Generally, item has to be sent back to our warehouse in Kaki Bukit and we will send it for repair for you, and you will be able to collect it in 2-4 weeks time. Please keep all the box and accessories that come with it as everything has to be returned to us for warranty.

Warranty covers only Manufacturing defects. Used-caused damages such as battery leakage, drop damage, wear & tear etc are not covered. If we found the fault is caused by the user after sending to the service agent, you will have to bear the full repair cost including transport cost. Note: We reserve the rights to refuse services for rude customers, whether it is covered with warranty or not. In extreme case we may void the warranty of abusive customers.
